Cajun Jambalaya
This is the Cajun version of jambalaya (not the Creole version which has tomatoes).
I added spicy hot sausages and chicken. I also tossed in a few shrimp. Why not?

Cruise Food
The food was amazing! Thanks again to our servers,
Gokhan and Simon! They were the best! This is just
one of the great meals that we had. TWO lobster tails,
not one! The wine and cocktails were pretty good too!
