On
Friday we headed to Picton, Ontario for a funeral. Picton is about two hours
from the Toronto area. My husband’s aunt passed away. It was nice seeing the
family, although it would have been nicer to see them under better
circumstances. After the funeral we went to another aunt’s place for sandwiches
and sweets. They live on a farm in Prince Edward County (just outside of
Picton). We hadn’t been there in years but it brought back a lot of memories of
when we took our kids there when they were young. Here are a few pictures of their garden.
On
Saturday we headed to Guelph (business and pleasure). We went to a farmer’s
market and we walked around the downtown area and did some shopping. We took
Neil with us. Lucky dog! He had a great day with us. He is such a happy dog. He
met a lot of people who told him how pretty he is. I love old buildings.
